General Terms - We are strictly a wholesale business, We reserve the right to accept or decline any order from any area in United Kingdom and outside United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being made. (excluding Sat/Sun).

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Our preferred method of payment is Credit card or BACS. Cheques are to be made payable to Serendipity and will have to clear before the order can be dispatched.

We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition. However, should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them to us in the original packing within seven days. Body jewellery or earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. As we are strictly trade wholesaler company, we have a minimum spend of £75.00 + V.A.T & delivery.
